Our service handles the migration of high volume and bulk data into NetSuite system in a fast and efficient manner. It is a console application that does processing based on some input commands and utilizes suite cloud plus license to enable multi-thread processing.

FEATURES

Merge files: The header level and the line level files can be merged onto one line of the transaction for the import.

Client Folders: A new folder for each client is created.

Prefix name to the file: The reject and error file start with the prefix that automatically selects the sandbox or production account.

Warning message: A warning message is generated each time data is loaded into sandbox or production.

Operations: The following operations are provided by the tool.

Create,Delete (Custom and Native),Upsert (Update and Insert),Merge files,Multi-threading.

HOW IT WORKS

  • The Consultant prepares the template required for the data migration.
  • The template is sent to the customer to be filled.
  • The consultant checks the template and resends it to the customer if any errors are found or will scrub the data for loading into NetSuite.
  • The customer corrects the errors and sends it back to the consultant.
  • Data is migrated.
  • A file will get generated if there are any errors or rejection.
  • The consultant corrects the errors and loads the file again.
  • The data is uploaded successfully.
  • Uploaded data is send for UAT (User acceptance testing).
