HOW IT WORKS
- On your customer or vendor records, just specify different recipients in addition to default email id, eg. Shipping emails ids, billing email ids.
- Set your custom email preferences preference where you will be able to set up which recipients need to receive the emails with PDF attachments on create and update of transactions.
- Create or update any of these transactions: sales order, invoice, item fulfillment, RMA, credit memos and purchase orders,only the mentioned recipients are notified
- The emails and attachments are linked the customer and transaction records for easy future reference
